Meeting and Event Space Request Form

Use this form if you are an off campus group, are a member of the UW community or you represent an RSO.

  • We will respond to your request by email within 3–5 business days. Submitting this form does not guarantee your reservation. Only an email confirmation ensures your room is reserved.

  • Before requesting meeting space, please read our meeting space policies. 

  • Please contact us if you have any questions. Have a great meeting!

Please reserve meeting space at least 10 business days in advance and no earlier than one year in advance.

Please enter UW Cost Center Worktags; at a minimum, we require a valid UW Cost Center, Resource Number, and Requestor EID.
