Conference Dining
Our dining programs and convenient locations simplify your attendees’ conference experience by making it easy for them to dine or grab a bite before and after your events. Conference dining options at Center Table in Oliver Hall, Local Point in Lander Hall, or flexible dining options at various locations on campus. Our chefs take pride in the food they prepare, and the many choices satisfy a variety of preferences and most dietary restrictions.
Two Dining Programs to Choose From
Each guest receives a conference card programmed with the dining program of your choice.
All You Care to Eat
A set number of meals is added to your dining card
Can be used at Center Table or Local Point
Flexible Dining
A set dollar amount is added, each purchase is deducted
Can be used at any campus dining location and AYCTE dining
Conference Catering
Catering is provided by Bay Laurel Catering, the exclusive caterer for events within the UW residence halls.
Personalized and thoughtful service take the stress out of food and beverage planning and makes your refreshment break, reception, barbecue or banquet a delicious and memorable experience.

Alcohol Policy
Bay Laurel Catering staff are happy to assist in processing the necessary applications and purchasing banquet permits for your event. Be sure and plan ahead, some permits may take up to eight weeks for processing. Please refer to the alcohol service information on the UW Office of Special Programs website.
